Part-Time Chef/Baker position available for busy Leith cafe/bistro,
Part-time role approx 18 - 24 hours a week. The part-time role includes early mornings, weekends, and occasionally evenings. The candidate must have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment. Knowledge of HACCP, EHO health and safety due diligence, COVID catering and hospitality training is an advantage. Baking skills are also essential, as is a genuine passion for good hospitality and creating a great experience for guests.
