As part of Operations Cyber Security team, you will be one of our new specialists entrusted with the exciting challenge of developing, implementing and driving the cybersecurity of the SCADA and OT installations that surveys our global electricity production. It will be up to you to build optimal solutions that are designed to comply with future standards and can be rolled out globally across our offshore wind farms.

Together with your team, you will work from Warrington, UK, at the attractive business park Birchwood Park. Here, you will have easy access to the rest of your colleagues in our highly skilled IT organisation.

Set the new standard for Windows architecture and security

Your goal will be to provide new Microsoft Windows architecture, design and implementation solutions for SCADA and OT installations. Thus, the first year or so, you will be fully engaged with developing new solutions with support from our enterprise architects and technical writers as well as the IT Security, SCADA and Technology teams.

Once the new solutions are in place, you will be responsible for implementing your Microsoft Windows solutions at one of our wind farms before we are ready for a global roll-out. Subsequently, you will divide your time equally between SOC team tasks and continuous development tasks.

Thus, your responsibilities will be to:

Develop architectural Windows concepts and security for SCADA, IT and OT which is not based on a standard Microsoft Windows domain provider concepts and solutions for Windows hardening and surveillance systems to secure optimal and continuous operations of SCADA, IT and OT in wind power plant infrastructure maintain Windows systems for maximum system availability and service quality provide 2nd line support and ensure timely resolution or escalation of events travel 25-30 days a year to attend workshops, meetings and security exercises at our HQ in Aarhus, Denmark"Though you're already and expert, this position offers terrific development opportunities within your specialist area as well as great learning experiences with a network of highly skilled people like yourself," Network Specialist Janus Ahrensbach explains.
