We are looking for a competent Office Assistant / Buyer - training will be provided. The ideal Office Assistant will be highly organised and enthusiastic individual who is looking for the next long-term role where they can make it their own, develop, and progress within our organisation.
Typical Office Assistant duties include but not limited to:
Scheduling meetings
PA support to management team
Basic administration
Ordering office supplies
Creating Purchase Orders
Answering to phone and emails
The applicant must be able to use Word & Excel.
Core hours: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday-Friday in the office.
