We are a plumbing company and are looking to hire a full-time office administrator to work in our Liphook office.
The role will involve:
- being proficient in using our software system.
- taking client bookings and enquiries over email and telephone.
- creating invoices and quotes.
- getting reports from our team of plumbers.
- sourcing and ordering materials from our suppliers.
- must be willing to work on a full-time rota (Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm).
The candidate must have a friendly and professional telephone manner and be highly organised. Experience in property management a plus.
