Hi I’m Zo. 

Thanks for looking at my post. 

I am an experienced yoga and breathwork teacher offering one to one and small group sessions in and around London. 


HOW DOES IT WORK? 

If you don’t feel ready to go back to the studio, small group or 1-1 yoga sessions are the perfect solutions. 

Either I travel to a space provided by you (within zone 1-3) or you come to my studio space in Dalston, N16. 
Sessions can be for an individual, a family, a group of colleagues or any other group organised by you.
All mats and equipment can be provided by me if needed.

I also offer online classes using Zoom.

Classes in person are in compliance with current COVID secure government guidance.

Classes can be booked as a one-off, or on a rolling regular basis (most students choose a weekly option). Classes paid in blocks are at a discounted rate (block of 5, a block of 10, a block of 20).

ABOUT THE SESSIONS

People come to yoga from many different starting points and with wildly different goals in mind.
My sessions are always personalised and tailored to what you need most - from a dynamic vigorous physical workout to improve strength and flexibility to a quiet mindful meditative practice with the cultivation of somatic and breath awareness. I also help to work gently around physical injuries or other issues you are dealing with (such as stress, insomnia, overweight).

I have experience teaching the following techniques and styles:
ashtanga vinyasa
vinyasa flow
Sivananda (Hatha)
integral Hatha
pranayamas
Ananpana meditation (mindfulness technique)
yoga Nidra and deep relaxation
yin and restorative
inversion workshops
breathwork

Sessions are perfect for beginners yet to step foot on the mat, to experienced students looking to take their practice to the next level.

I teach fulltime, and offer sessions morning, evening, weekdays and weekends.

A typical session length is 60-90minutes for yoga, 40-60minutes for breathwork and mindfulness.



ABOUT ME

Originally from India and brought up in Sweden, I have been offering private yoga instruction in London for the past 4 years.

I trained in India over several years and hold an advanced YTTC 500hr Yoga Alliance Certified diploma as well as training in Ayurveda (Indian Life Science) and Yin. I hold professional insurance.

Once I experienced the transformative power of yoga my self I became compelled to help others on their own journey to wellbeing.

I aim to create a safe, nourishing space for students to explore and benefit from these wonderful techniques and practices which improve the clarity of mind, sense of calm and physical and mental health.
