I’m moving in with a friend so my lovely room in Kensal Green is up for grabs! What does this lovely flat have to offer, you ask? WELL! We have: 
• Washer and separate dryer, clothesline and many clothes racks. 
• Big kitchen with two fridges and adjoining dining area. 
• Communal living room (there's a few spare mattresses that live behind the couches so it’s perfect for having people stay over). 
• Two shared bathrooms – downstairs includes a toilet & shower, upstairs has a large bath and separate WC next door. We all work different schedules so it’s rare you’ll ever have to wait for anything! 
• Private garden (it looks a little wild in winter but it’s great for sunbathing in summer). 

The room itself comes furnished with everything in the photos. All negotiable but it’s pretty well kitted out!

Other than being seriously well-priced for Zone 2, the flat is incredibly well-connected:
• Kensal Green Station (Bakerloo and Overground) is a 10min walk away;
• Kensal Rise Station (Overground) is also a 10min walk;
• Buses 18/N18, 187, 52, 302 and 6 all within a 10min walk;
• Westfield London is about 20mins away by bus, as is Hammersmith’s main shopping strip;
• Street permit parking is also available.

The street is lovely and quiet, with a lot of young couples/families and a library in the corner. I’ve never felt unsafe walking home from the tube at night. There’s also a lot of cute cafes and restaurants nearby, and we’re close to a Co-Op and Tesco Express, plus a large Sainsbury’s is a slightly longer walk away.

The flat is friendly, and while we all keep different work schedules we’ll always stop to chat in the kitchen while making dinner or breakfast. We’re a female-only household at the moment, populated by British, Canadian and Irish ladies, but happy to accept applications from anyone.

Rent is £550 a month all in (this includes council tax, gas, elec, water, internet and bulk loo roll). We have a private landlord so there's no application or reference fees. I'll be sad to leave this place behind, but unfortunately, there's no space for my mate here so I'm flying the coop!
