Looking for An Excellent Full-Time Live-In Nanny for Our 3 Kids

Nanny required for the care of three children, two boys November 2012, and November 2016, and one baby girl born August 2019. This position is sole charge. The working hours are 7 am to 7.30 pm Monday to Friday with 1/2 nights babysitting per week. The accommodation will be in a 6 bedroom house with a lovely garden near the river Thames, just 2 minutes away from the tube station and many different shops, which makes life very convenient. Both parents are working professionals.

The eldest child attends school full time and is a very bright and ambitious child who will start attending one of the top schools in the UK starting from September. He is very much into reading and adores maths. He is also very keen on sports, in particular swimming and football. The middle child goes to nursery 3 full days a week and is the artsy child in the family. He likes to dance, sing and perform. He is also a book worm and loves to construct things with lego. The youngest is fully at home and is a happy, healthy and smiling baby, and is partly breastfed next to solids. All three children are typically well behaved and have good routines in place.

The family are looking for a loving, caring, ambitious and organised nanny, who will help the eldest with homework and school projects, use educational play for the middle child in preparation of him entering reception in the not too distant future and support with establishing routines for the baby girl. The nanny to bring a real passion for children and their development, be interested in speech development of the baby, have great organisation skills and flexibility, resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile. The nanny to enjoy cooking for the family and understanding dietary requirements in order to prepare healthy well-balanced meals, continue routines and structure and to conduct the normal nursery duties.

The nanny should be a native English speaker (due to baby's speech development), drive confidently and have excellent references from previous families.
