A wonderful family in Somerset is looking to recruit an experienced nanny to care for their two children, aged 9 & 11. The role will be comprehensive care of the children, including the organisation of all school and after school activities and sporting commitments, as well as all the usual nanny duties such as mealtime supervision and preparation when required, bed and bath time routines and assisting with homework.
This is a Monday to Friday role, from 6:30 am - 8:30 pm with a substantial break during the day when the children are at school. Accommodation can be provided on-site in a private, self-contained apartment and the role is also open to live-out candidates who live locally. A driver is essential for this role. The successful candidate must be willing to travel abroad with the family during school holidays and have a flexible, can-do attitude.
Working as part of a fully staffed household, the nanny must have a team player mentality, but the main focus of the role will be to ensure that the children are safe, healthy and happy. The family treat their staff with great respect and are lovely to work for - they are looking to hire a candidate on a long-term basis.
