Must be experienced in both bar and kitchen with relevant certificates and happy to work in both roles.
Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory bar and kitchen roles.
Food hygiene certificate.
Cellar and real ale experience.
Friendly and professional disposition.
Working knowledge of health and safety.
Can do, hard-working attitude.
