Davis & Gibbs are market leaders in SW London. We have established teams that have grown stronger throughout the last 15 years. Becoming an estate agent is relatively easy. Joining and being a member of a team is much harder.

On joining Davis & Gibbs you will be fully supported and trained. You have access to both Directors who both have 20 years of experience in the industry. We regularly meet for presentations and will actively take part of local and London wide activities. Our staff have won tickets to the theatre, various sporting events, concerts and weekends away.

Basic £15 - £17K depending on experience (OTE £30k - £40K year one)

Car allowance or Car (DS – AUDI A3)

21 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays (GF worked) 0845 – 1900 – one late night, 3 0ut of 4 Sats, 1 Rota day

Pension – Fuel Allowance – Extended Gifted Holiday at Christmas
