Legal 500 firm in Surrey seeks a Private Client Legal Secretary on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal secretary with private client experience to join our client's bespoke practice located close to Woking. The successful candidate will assist fee earners specialising in private client matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.

Responsibilities

Providing general secretarial support preparing correspondence, documents, emails and taxes billing under fee earners directionTyping up digital dictationDiary management handling clients' enquiriesTelephonyLiaising with the accounts department regarding billing queries The Candidate

Legal secretaries with a minimum of 1 years' experience computer literacy with a good keyboard and typing skills previous experience of practice management systems, CRM systems, and audio typing is desirable excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both on your own and as part of a team The Firm
