A leading law firm is looking for an L&D Coordinator to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the main administrator, training and super user of the LMS system
Coordination of all courses and training internally and externally within the firm
Coordination and reporting of all APL accreditation courses and training
Acting as the main contact for general enquiries about L&D
Assisting all departments with their training activities
As the L&D Coordinator, you will possess:
Experience in a learning and development role, preferably within a partnership/professional services environment
Demonstrable experience of working with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams
Strong communicative and attention to detail skills
Personable and confident
Excellent IT with experience of using LMS systems (although training will be provided to the successful candidate).
