I am looking for a flatmate to rent my space, large double bedroom. The flat is ground floor and has its own private entrance and front and back garden and has been freshly decorated with a classic, cosy yet modern feel. The street is quiet, has no through traffic and there is free on-street parking directly outside the house. I work full time in Glasgow City centre so I am rarely home during the day.

The house is a 5-minute drive (15-minute walk) from Carntyne train Station from there, there is a short 6-minute train journey to the city centre, alternatively, there are regular bus services from the end of the street. Local supermarkets are a 2-minute walk away. The room is furnished and there is a shared shower room, fully fitted kitchen (with brand new appliances) and living room which are all kept very tidy and clean.

There is also a huge walk-in cupboard in the hall with a second large fridge-freezer and lots of extra storage space. I do not smoke in the house. I do have a cat but she keeps herself to herself and is outside the majority of the time. Deposit £300.
