Job Opportunity- Lettings Negotiator

Lawsons and Daughters are a well established independent residential estate agent. We are currently seeking an ambitious Negotiator to Start Immediately!

The ideal candidate will be a confident individual who has the desire to succeed in this competitive industry, Lettings experience would be an advantage though not essential. As a Lettings Negotiator, you would be responsible for registering applicants, arranging and accompanying viewings and negotiating with Landlords and Tenants. Full UK driving licence is essential.

Full training will be provided. You will be given a competitive basic salary, excellent commission and bonuses and a company car. Realistic on target earnings would be in the region of £30,000.
