We are currently recruiting for a Renewals and Retentions Advisor role working for the RAC based in Bradley Stoke in Northern Bristol. Located close to public transport links and with a large, free on-site car park, this excellent Contact Centre is ideally located for both public transport commuters as well as those with their own vehicles.
Role
This role is a mixture of sales and service where you will be speaking to existing customers of the business; explaining the benefits and range of RAC breakdown policies that they may wish to renew for. Through excellent levels of service, your aim will be to guide them through to process of becoming a new RAC customer.
-Providing excellent levels of customer service
-Using soft sales skills to promote RAC products and services
-Working in a fast-paced, telephone-based environment
-Making inbound and outbound warm calls
Requirements
We are looking for outgoing and confident individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced and target driven environment. You do not require motor industry experience as all specific knowledge is provided within the training period. You do however need excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to use soft sales skills too:
-Call Centre experience OR Sales-based retail experience desired
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Comfortable working to targets
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Other Details
-GBP9 per hour increasing to GBP12.30 after 12 weeks
-Monthly bonus scheme
-Must be flexible Monday to Friday 8 am-7 pm plus every other Saturday at 9 am-5 pm
-35 hours per week
-Free onsite parking.
