Human Resources - Psychology Design and Evaluation Manager.
The job holder will be responsible for providing occupational psychology expertise to a number of work areas with the HR Directorate and managing the psychology of assessments. This includes the management of trainee psychologists.
To provide expert psychological expertise in the research, design, implementation, quality assurance and evaluation of occupational assessment solutions.
To deliver business as usual in accordance with the assessment calendar and work with key internal and external stakeholders to continually improve the effectiveness of recruitment and promotion assessment solutions to remain at the leading edge.
You will also be required to carry out interview/ focus groups with role holders/ Line Managers where clarity is required.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in psychometric design.
This is estimated to be 10-12 months of full-time work. Due to the urgent requirement for this work to be carried out, it is requested that 2 psychologists are hired, to split the work and complete it within a 5-6 month time-frame.
You will ideally have an MSc in Occupational or Organisational Psychology, experience in psychometric design, understanding of military and experience in a mass recruitment project in a large organisation
