The house is located in central Aylesbury, as such, it gives easy access to the town’s shopping facilities which for a small town are numerous. Come out of the house do a left and a left again and there are myriad of fast food take-aways. Along with a large Sainsbury’s Left again and you are in walking distance to all the large shops to include Argos and numerous others.
This is an older house with a front garden which is a part hard-surfaced and part (small) lawn and the small tree which screens the front door from pedestrians. Front door, therefore, is set back from Buckingham Road itself.
The properties in this area tend to be solid and well maintained. This property from the inside is exceptional. Renovated a short while ago, recent bathroom suite on the ground floor and another on the first
This property has a large layby to the front, parking is by permit only. I don’t live in Aylesbury but believe that a permit is about £40 per year. Please double-check this for yourself.
Type of people that live here:
Working or middle-class job holders or business people or retired people.
What’s in the area:
The property is in easy walking distance to the town centre, which has all the banks, eat-in restaurants, takeaways hairdressers and a lot of the bigger-named shops. But still tucked away from the hustle and bustle of being directly in the town centre. Walking distance to a medium-sized Sainsbury’s.
The house is also within easy travelling to Milton Keynes where a lot of large national companies have decided to have their UK Headquarters, all the major shops and quite a lot of large warehouses (notably Amazon has about four sites, Brinklow has at least three large warehouses). And also, not far from Wellingborough, Kettering & Northampton. Comfortable travelling distance to North West London
Distance to the railway station
If you drive then it's 5 to 6 minutes depending on what time you head out. You could just as easily leave your car at home and walk which depending on how fast you walk would probably be about 15 minutes.
Distance to bus stop:
Aylesbury is blessed with bus stops all over the place you won’t have to walk far too before you get to shelter from the rain
Ground Floor:
There is a front room, a lounge, a huge kitchen and downstairs bathroom.
First Floor:
You have a ginormous bedroom and a normal size bedroom plus shower room.
Second Floor:
A further two bedrooms.
Double glazed as you would expect. Rear Garden has a small one-bedroom flat already let. The garden is used for non-operational vehicles for a taxi firm
Your costs:
The house without the above conditions I would have valued at £1,950 – have reduced the rent to reflect the current situation.
Rent: £1,750 pm plus Bills.
Parking:
Loads of parking outside in the layby, this is subject to permit.
