House Cleaner - Moreton in Marsh - £10 per hour

We are starting the recruitment process now as we are optimistic that schools and businesses will be able to resume in the near future and would like to have the right candidates ready to start as soon as they are able. We are already receiving applications for work and are aware that a large number of people are keen to secure work now so that they are able to start as soon as possible.

We have a large waiting list of clients currently on hold due to the current situation who are looking for a new cleaner to start with them once schools and their places of work begin to return to normal. We also have clients actively seeking a cleaner to start with them immediately.

In order to meet the needs of the large client list, we already have waiting we are looking to recruit a number of new cleaners to join us and start working with us as soon as possible after our Country returns to a more normal footing.

Our process involves several stages including application, telephone interview, face to face interview, reference requests and checking proof of right to work in the U.K. we are able to review and accept applications and conduct phone interviews now as no face to face contact is required. We are also able to request your references now as we have our own Maid2Clean secure online reference system that your referees are able to access to complete your references on their own laptops, P.C.s and tablets or smartphones while working or otherwise from their own homes. Your referees do not need to leave their homes to complete your references and because they can be completed ahead of the face to face interview the references would not be a delay to you starting.

The final stages of face to face interviews and checking proof of right to work in the U.K. can be completed by the team in the first five working days once schools and businesses begin to reopen and cleaners can expect to start working within a few days of successful completion of the interview and ID checks.
