Herbal medicine and naturopathy

My Clients arrive with a wide range of conditions and health problems and are seeking to optimise their health and find out how to best take care of their constitution.

The initial consultation takes approx. 75 minutes. I will ask questions about your medical history, lifestyle and any possible symptoms, I will use a range of naturopathic diagnostic skills to determine your constitution and the best way to go forward with treatment.

I use herbal tinctures, powders, capsules, teas, glycerites, essential oils, Bach Flower remedies and naturopathic protocols to create the best treatment for you.

If you have any questions or concerns, we will arrange a follow up so that I can monitor your progress.
