Virtual Administration Assistant and Document Controller. 

General Admin, Accounts Help including checking emails, responding to the queries. Typing and collating information. Organising with raised queries (eg. Utility companies, contractors and etc.). Placing ads. Assisting with the project (staying in touch with subcontractors, emailing reports, using online calendars and calling team leaders informing them of deadlines). 
I have broad experience in Construction industry Admin and Document Control (Document Systems, Drawings/Construction Documents' downloads & uploads, helping with Document Systems (training, contacting the Document System Admin, Document search etc.). Assisting with O&M Manuals (Operations and Maintenance Manual).

Key Skills

• Fully competent in MS Office and Adobe, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Document Management software Aconex, Buzzsaw, BIW, Asite, SharePoint and Aurora. Knowledge of accountancy programme QuickBooks and etc.
• Audio/Copy typing 100% accuracy 60wpm. Taking & issuing meeting minutes.
• Confident liaising at all levels.
• Document Controlling experience including maintaining an updated record of all approved documents and drawings, archive, create new templates and folders. Knowledge of database, spreadsheets, able to manage the filing method. Ensure QA procedures. Technical Submissions, Creating, publishing RFIs, BWRs, RAMs and etc. to Portals. Updating registers and status.
• Accounts experience including Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger, Chasing debts and Invoicing.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, loading & printing drawings by request.
• Assisting to administration team on achieving their roles and responsibilities.
• Assisting Contract Manager and HR Manager in the development and implementation of QMS and Human Resources procedures.
• Multi-Lingual – English, Lithuanian and Russian.
