Head of Legal Entity Reporting

We're looking for a candidate for this position is an exciting company.

Lead, own and co-ordinate the production of the monthly numbers for the Group's legal entities to provide to the various BU CFOs and to the Group reporting team. Manage the preparation of the applicable statutory, regulatory, liquidity, and entity board reporting for the Group's legal entities, ensuring it adheres with all standards, policies and delivery deadlines. Attend entity board meetings when required. Be an instrumental part of driving through a significant change agenda for the finance function, which is part of the Finance Optimisation programme. This will include setting up a new legal entity team in Southampton, overseeing the transition of work from other locations to Southampton, and assisting in the implementation of a new GL system, including involvement with process design, reporting outputs, and testing.

Pays attention to details and quality of deliverables produced. Experience of financial services (including the capital, regulatory, insurance accounting and liquidity requirements) would be advantageous. People management experience. Familiarity with working with multiple stakeholders and to tight timescales in a delivery focused fashion. The ability to work both within teams and interact with the business representatives to drive solutions forward and effect change.Experience of working in a highly results-orientated, growth and performance-driven.
