Our client a high quality local and highly reputable contemporary gastropub currently have a fantastic opportunity to recruit their Head Chef.
This is a stunning homely environment where there is a real emphasis on Beautiful seasonal ingredients and local produce.
As Head Chef, you will have the autonomy to develop seasonal menus, showcasing your dishes with the excellent local produce on offer. For this you will require a sound understanding of purchasing and costing.
Leading, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team will be a key focus of your role, therefore an infectious passion for cooking and an excellent work ethic is essential.
