Guitar + Musical Instrument Repairs - Service

My name is Jake Menear, and I operate JKM Guitars. 

I have been making and repairing instruments since 2008, completing a bachelors and masters degree in Musical Instrument Making at London Metropolitan University. I had also worked at Lowden Guitars for 7 years in numerous departments. Throughout the years I have gained the experience to complete repairs on a wide range of musical instruments.

These repairs can include setups, re-fretting, repairing damage such as cracks and breaks, making new nuts/saddles, installing electronics and hardware and much more.

The pictures above show some respray work done to cover a headstock logo, and some relicing did to age a fender jaguar.

I can also work on any stringed instrument, be it electric or acoustic guitar, bass, ukulele, mandolins and so on.
