Full Time Professional Dog Walker

Responsibilities and Duties

As a member of our team, you will be required to:

Collect our clients' dogs in our customised vehicles and take them to the park for exercise, socialisation and training.
Perform some basic dog grooming tasks before taking the dogs back home, such as: brushing, check ears, nails and the overall appearance and cleanliness of the pet.
Report to senior member of the Team about the accomplishment of the daily tasks and eventually provide feedbacks to our clients.
You will be expected to work some weekends in accordance with other members of the Team.
Generate content for Company social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and InstaGram.
Be willing to travel within the E.U. in order to deliver or collect dogs on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

You should be enthusiastic, with good communication skills and an unreserved love for animals. The following requirements would be advantageous but not essential:

A degree in animal welfare and/or some previous experience in dog handling and dog walking would be ideal but they are not essential, as full training by a qualified dog trainer instructor will be provided to the successful candidate who can demonstrate to be hardworking and willing to learn a new and exciting job.
We can only consider those candidates with a full and clean UK driving license, together with some experience in driving during rush hours in central London.
Good level of written and spoken English language is required in order to communicate with our clients and report to our supervisor on a daily basis.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail, including conflict resolution and friendly manners.
Candidates should live locally or within our operating area, ideally no farther than few miles from SW11.
You should have the ability to work under pressure as well as be able to play an active role as a Team Member while integrating with our existing group of professional dog walkers.
