Full Time Cleaner in London

A full-time cleaning position is available in a prestigious residential block in SW11 from the middle of January 2021. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene, working independently as well as be a team player with onsite concierge team. 

The cleaner will be expected to carry out daily cleaning tasks to the highest standard, to co-operate with onsite concierge team and follow our H&S standards.

Working hours - Mon-Fri - 8 am-3 pm, Sat 9 am-3 pm – (41 hrs a week in total)

You will be required to cover daily 1hr Lunch break at the reception desk.

Starting salary £ 9.25 p/hr, (to be reviewed after 6-month probation period)

Cleaner Main Responsibilities:

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done
Litter picking outside the premises

Cleaner Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role.
Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time.
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
very good communicational skills in English
