Floor Manager, Supervisor

Pear Tree Cafe are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor/Floor Manager to join our team!

Full Time, with immediate start.

Duties will include:

- preparing the cafe for opening

- supervising staff, managing breaks, allocating duties

- keeping an eye on stock levels, ensuring everything is topped up and tidy at all times

- ordering stock from suppliers

- closing the cafe, including cashing up

Requirements:

- previous experience as a supervisor, working in restaurants / cafes / bars

- boundless energy & enthusiasm

- an interest in great food and amazing coffee

- fluent English

- you must be available to work weekends

The cafe is open from dawn till dusk every day, and is situated inside Battersea Park, next to an idyllic, picturesque lake.
