Financial Controller/Finance Manager

Location: South Lincolnshire, Rutland, North Cambridgeshire

Salary: Depending on Experience + Excellent Package

The COMPANY

Our client is a well established global manufacturer of power generation/combustion equipment to a variety of industries including petrochemical, power stations, oil & gas, etc. Their market-leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems and pollution control equipment.

The ROLE

Due to continued growth of their EMEA business, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Financial Controller/Assistant Finance Manager to join their successful team. This varied role will include responsibility for;

*Monthly financial statements

*Commentary on monthly financials against budgets

*Balance Sheet and Suspense account reconciliations

*Financial review meetings with Managers

*Monthly business review meeting with Executive Management

*Provide financial information and documents required for customer tenders and applications.

*Annual budgets

*3-month cash flow forecasts

*Review monthly UK VAT return

*Import and export transactional

*Foreign VAT reclaims

*Utilising Sage

The CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be a talented professional with experience preferably within a similar environment allied to the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market-leading organisation. You will require;

*Accountancy Qualification - CIMA/ACCA

*Experience in a similar role

*International VAT knowledge - import/export experience

*Excellent communication skills

*Ambitious
