Experienced Handy Man, Maintenance Person

Experienced HandyMan, Maintenance person. 

We are looking for an experienced maintenance person to join our team looking after a number of managed properties in the South Manchester & Stockport areas. 

Full Time or Part Time or paid per invoice depending on the applicant. Possibly may suit someone who is also doing their own jobs but would like additional regular work on a day/week rate. 

The work will involve all aspects of property maintenance related to letting and managing the properties.

You should have experience in this field and hold a full UK driving licence, use of a van or car would also be essential.

General knowledge of various aspects of building and maintenance would be required.

Specialist skills (eg electrician or plumber etc) would be an advantage although we will be looking for somebody with all-round skills and a "can-do" attitude.
