Estate Planner - Trusts, Wills & LPA's

They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Planner with current and up to date knowledge of Property Protection Trusts and Discretionary Trusts, Wills & LPA's. They are looking for a new recruit who will ensure they put their customers best interests at the heart of everything that they do, with a keen eye for detail and a dedicated work ethic to join this exciting start-up company.

The position is a multi-disciplinary role, you need to demonstrate a confident, articulate telephone manner, with the ability to work to structure in an organised way.

Qualified customer leads will be provided - this role is to ensure that we offer the right product by enriching peoples lives with services that are affordable, accessible and amazing.

Requirements

- Experience in Estate Planning industry

- Must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge of LPA's, Wills & Trusts

- Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner, be articulate with clear pronunciation.

- Patient, friendly manner to deliver amazing customer service at all times.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships with sensitivity

Their offices are located in Kettering, Northamptonshire, but this is currently a Home-based role, with the option to work from the office once we are out of Lockdown.
