Pay Rates:

£9.69ph + shift premium of £10.54 (unsocial hours work from 6pm-10pm)
Overtime paid at 1.5 - £14.53

Shift Patterns

Rotational shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)
Need to be flexible working any 5/7 days

Annualised Hours

Scheme of 1950 working hours per year.
The average number of hours worked per week being 37.5 hours.
Work any 5 days from 7.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Pick and assemble products to a relevant performance standard using prescribed processes
Working with voice-activated picking devices and working alongside our Locus robots
Returns processing and inventory counting as require
Operating IT systems and processing paperwork as required
Use manual handling techniques and equipment as trained
Adhere to all safety guidelines and rules as prescribed and be an advocate of workplace safety
Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment for which training has been received
Operating IT systems and processing paperwork as required
Working within a physically demanding environment
Ensure safe handling of the product to preserve the quality of the produce
Work with the site teams to identify ways of improving work methods and efficiencies as part of working groups or forums

Great communication skills, able to understand and follow instructions
Ability to operate JDA's warehouse management system
Good observation skills, an eye for details
Show respect and be respected by peers and manager
Comfortable working as part of a team or using own initiative
Minimum of 6 months on-the-job experience across warehousing/transport desirable
Ability to count accurately and to perform simple math calculations
Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting, in line with Health & Safety regulations
Meets or exceeds productivity and other KPI's with a clean disciplinary record
The role holder must be dynamic and energetic
