Main duties will include - Answering telephones and taking orders, helping customers and general email enquiries and processing returns. (You may be be asked to cover other duties around the workplace within this role)
Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner, good command of English, excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, be able to work as a team, use own initiative and be computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite and Internet). Previous telesales experience would be advantageous however on-site training will be given.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.45 AM - 5 PM
Duration:
Permanent Position (subject to completion of 6-month probationary period)
Holiday Entitlement:
30 Days including public holidays.
