We are looking for a professional Curry chef/ Second chef in command for one of Scotland’s pioneers of Indian street food chain based in Edinburgh. Our restaurant is all about sharing good food and bringing you the best authentic Indian street bites around with a lively Bollywood party atmosphere! We place our own unique twist on the concept of authentic street food culture in India. We are now looking for enthusiastic people to join our flagship Team based in Edinburgh.

Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of leading industry experience on experienced chef level.
A great love for cooking.
Enthusiastic with a great personality

The ideal person will be hard-working, passionate and able to work to the high standards. Ideally, you will have at least five years of professional experience within a restaurant kitchen environment and food preparation, and have worked as a key member in a busy kitchen team.
