To support the Cycle Planning Manager with developing and communicating initiatives to help to shape the overall business strategy. This will include activities and projects within Marketing & Sales, Online & Offline Consumer and Trade Marketing, Legislative Compliance, TME (customer relations management software) and Demand Planning.

To deliver excellent cross-functional working communications to ensure the correct information, approval and alignment is agreed across all departments.

Work Experience:

At least 2 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing is preferred.

Strong project management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, the experience of cross-functional working, excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, ability to demonstrate initiative with positive 'can do' attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

Main Areas of Responsibility/

1. Will assist and support the Cycle Planning Manager in the following:

* Creating and communicating cross channel plans ensuring that the activities carried out by all our trade and consumer-facing teams are planned and evaluated.

* Supporting and striving to enhance cross-functional working and communication between the Marketing and Sales departments across all sales channels.

* Involvement with refining and evolving communication to the sales force to ensure that content, layout and style is clearly delivered in a consistent manner.

* Supporting the Marketing and Sales teams by attending various meetings to help align business messaging as required.

* Participating in local or global projects as needed, with a view to developing market capabilities within Commercial Planning.

* Assisting in the stock management of point of sale materials in a third-party warehouse.

You will support the Sales Project Manager in the following activities:

* Communicating project progress and assisting in the planning, implementation and coordination of various projects that cover all Sales functions, including projects across Wholesale, Independent, Symbol, Key Multiple Grocers, Convenience, Gas, Operations, Merchandising and TME.

You will embrace being part of the Commercial Planning agile pool, providing support and cover to all other sub-functions (TME Ops, TME Analysis and Training, Demand Planning) and working with the team to foster a flexible working environment.
