Chinese / Thai Chef and Kitchen Porter

We are looking for an experienced wok chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in a newly open restaurant in NW2 Willesden Green (Jubilee Line)

Ability to adapt & work on different sections/tasks - cooking, frying, cutting, preparing or cleaning. The majority of our hot food dishes are easy to prepare rice, soups and noodle dishes. You should preferably have some experience primarily with Thai, Malaysian and Chinese.

Previous wok experience preferred
To keep your section clean and stocked up for the service
To be health and food safety aware when working in the kitchen and show a good understanding of cleanliness requirements when working in a kitchen

health and safety level 2 training will be provided as well as intense training of our menu

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Monday to Sunday
Weekends (5 days out of 7)
