Independent Gastro Pub in Wimbledon SW19.
The Fox And Grapes is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for an immediate start.
We are offering a salary up to £17/hour.
7 shifts per week
All over-time is paid

The qualities we look for in a potential Chef de Partie:
Minimum of 2 years working in high quality establishments
Excellent knowledge of food
To work in a clean and organised manner
A working knowledge of English language
Be friendly, outgoing, ambitious & energetic
Be legally eligible to work full time in the UK
Be looking for a permanent job for at least 1 year
Enjoy training and learning new skills
Minimum level 2 food handlers certification
The key responsibilities will include:
To run any section in the kitchen as required
To assist in the training and development of more inexperienced team members
To prepare food as directed by senior chefs
To use recipes accurately
To maintain a clean and organised section
To write a full and comprehensive daily job list.
