Care Assistant Job Description:
Your responsibilities include:
Participating fully in the working rota.
* To develop effective teamwork with staff group, and attending and taking an active part in team meetings.
* Implementing Company Policies and Procedures relating to standards of care and carry out those procedures competently e.g. accident, fire, medication.
* To develop a good professional relationship with families, friends and the local community.
* Maintain Care Procedures and all relevant Health and Safety Legislation.
* Taking responsibility for implementing and supervising good care practices to include Care Plans and reviews.
* Take responsibility of Keyworker role and relevant procedures.
* To maintain essential documentation and provide factual reports.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities. There is no limit to how far you can go. Many staff have taken advantage of our career development opportunities and moved into Social Work, nursing and management roles.
For Care Assistant Qualifications
* Adult Care Worker Standard Level 2
