The caravan is situated in a quiet spot on the site providing peace and privacy. 
3 bedroom static caravan located at Parkdean Resorts Breydon Waters, 10-15 minutes from Great Yarmouth town centre, offering; 

- Colour TV with Freeview & DVD player in the lounge. 
- TV/DVD in the master bedroom. 
- Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, George Foreman grill, kettle, toaster, oven, grill, hob, fridge & small freezer). 

but also comes with home from home extras including heating in the bedrooms and gas fire in the lounge, the following items are also available for added convenience and luxury:

- Children's games and playing cards
- Buckets and spades
- Selection of children’s toys and books
- Booster chair for the dining table
- Bed guard
- Matches and a sewing kit for those little emergencies are also available to use
- An electric fan and heater is provided for the warmer and cooler days
- A hairdryer can be found in the double bedroom
- Clothes airer which hooks onto the window
- Iron and small ironing board
- BBQ and tools
- Shed to safely store bikes
-WiFi is available in the caravan at additional cost

The site has an entertainment complex comprising of

- Heated outdoor pool
- Multisports court
- Arcades

The site also has a launderette, shop with the post office and off-license, children's play area, mini-golf and a rental shop.

An indoor pool and gym can be located on the sister site just up the road (a 10-minute walk) There are stunning surroundings local to the site which are great for relaxing walks, including Burgh Castle Roman Fort, The Norfolk Broads and a working Marina. Horsey Gap where you can go on the beach with wild seals on the beach is about a 30-minute drive.

The price above includes linen hire, beds made on arrival, gas and electric, meet and greet service and cleaning after your stay. Additional £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, this will be returned within 7 days, after confirmation that there are no losses or damages after your stay.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES
2019 prices (for up to 8 people, although we only sleep 6) is £71 per week or £48 for a short stay.

Daily passes can also be purchased at £5 per person.

TERMS OF USE
In addition to the cost of your stay, a £100 refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking, if following key handover on the day of departure no damage or losses have occurred the deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

When you leave after your stay please leave the caravan as you would expect to find it (e.g. no perishable foods left behind, rooms tidy and the kitchen/ bathroom area in a clean state). Used bedding to be left on the double bed.

There will be some non-perishable foods available on a replace what you use basis.

Any problems, maintenance or damage needs to be reported to us immediately, especially if found upon your arrival. There is a maintenance team on-site so we will ensure any issues are rectified in good time.

Blankets and cushions must not be taken outside of the caravan.

If you use the BBQ, this must be emptied and cleaned before departure.
