Customers enter go round a corner and queue down. Once initially washed they then drive up and go in the desired lane depending on the service they require. Big storage area inside where all the equipment is stored. Includes an office for all businesses (car wash and tyres, etc), 2 rooms for workers or storage or any desired purpose. Parking - Room lets: Currently there are a few vehicles who park their caravans and cars for parking. These are charged by the owner at £40 PCM. There is also a separate room further down from the tyres which are currently being let out at storage at £200 PCM. There is another room further below that which is currently empty too.
At the entrance, there is also another 2 rooms which can be separated to form a separate business too (previously rented to taxi office).
