Assistant Manager. 

Salts Village Bakery in the heart of Saltaire Village. 

Starting pay of £9.20 - £9.60 ph. 

36-hour contract must be fully flexible.

Assistant Managers is the backbone of the store, the role enables you to deliver moments that will delight our customers, we are all about the people and the passion for great food & coffee. You must have previous management experience.

You need to put the customer at the heart of what you do and share your courage and ambition with the rest of the team. If you currently in a supporting management role or developing towards that then this would be perfect. Other traits which will help are;

Confidence to inspire a team
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A stickler for high standards and meticulous attention to hygiene
Ability to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

What you’ll be doing

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be part of the support network for the Store Manager, being their right arm all of the time.

Leading from the front on a shift creating a team orientated environment

Monitoring each shift to ensure it is well run
Motivate the team to achieve the required results
