Job Title: Office Administrator.
Location: Dorset / Remote.
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
Implement filing system Collate time-sheets for workers and compile
Preparing and organising meeting rooms
Dealing with the administration and postal duties
Storing and managing stationery requirements
Scanning/ photocopying/shredding/labelling /filing
To coordinate travel arrangements for team members including rail, air travel and hotel bookings.
To arrange meetings and update electronic diaries.
The ideal candidate:
Will be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
Excellent organizational, coordination and administration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
Friendly, helpful and proactive with a desire to make a difference
Good timekeeping and organisational skills
Be able to adapt to change easily
Previous experience in a similar role.
