Description

We are looking for an individual to join our administration team. You will need to be conscientious, confident, able to work under pressure and happy to assist in a variety of administrative roles during your working day. You must have experience of working within an administrative, office-based position. Zenith are an Equal Opportunities & Living Wage employer.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Organising overseas travel bookings
Assisting with the booking of training courses for employees as and when required
Recording of weekly van logs
Recording of scaffolding stock
Manage outgoing mail
Provide administration assistance to management
Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.
General office administration

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail
Pleasant telephone manner.
Good team player and able to use their own initiative.
Adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Experience:

Administration: Minimum 2 years (Required).
