The galvanised steel sub frame has grey deck board covering it and a choice of clear toughened glass panels or Balustrade in Anthracite Grey completes your lodge decking.

The pitch also has its own private brick paved parking space with slabbing to the base of the decking steps. An outside tap and outside electric point come as standard and with every Holiday Home, we will work with you to make space for a metal storage box.

The beautiful Skyline View Lodge combines contemporary styling with a warm and welcoming interior. Retaining the spirit of its original namesake, with its impressive lounge skylight, the Skyline View also boasts beautiful timber feature beams and detailing throughout.

Externally the lodge is vertically clad in a contemporary style with exceptionally hard-wearing larch timbers. Inside the lodge is bright and light with a white boarded finish. The boarding is extremely tough and resilient to general wear and tear.

The bright and spacious open plan living room has plenty of seating and dining space. Tall windows and doors flood the room with light and the delightful skylight lets the sunshine in and allows you to stargaze at night. Storage is maximised with the attractive corner fireplace which has plenty of shelves and space for your tv and multimedia systems.

The tour de force of this lodge is the superb bathroom and en-suite. The bathroom has a freestanding bath surrounded by twinkling led lights along with a separate shower cubicle. A Mira shower adds a touch of luxury to your bathing experience. The en-suite has a luxuriously large shower enclosure and both rooms offer plenty of storage in stylish vanity units. Illuminated mirrors with integrated shaver sockets add a practical touch. A feature of the kitchen is the stunning island unit which contrasts and complements the tasteful kitchen units and worktop. This kitchen is a delight to use, boasting an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an oven all within easy reach. There's also a very welcome wine cooler. The washing machine is housed in a separate Boot Room. This usable space is somewhere that you can keep coats and shoes along with storage for a vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc.

In the master bedroom, you will find a very quirky homage to a 4-poster bed which reflects wonderfully the honey tones of the genuine wooden floorboards.

There's generous storage space in a walk-in wardrobe and the en-suite boasts a luxuriously large shower enclosure. Terms & Conditions

The property is for second home/holiday use only and cannot be your main residence. No lettings are permitted.

The property cannot be occupied for a 6 week period between January and February each year. Details of exact dates are published by the park annually.

There is no council tax payable but there is a pitch fee due annually - details of this will be provided by the park when they carry out the purchase agreement and transfer of license agreement. As a guide, the pitch fee for 2020 is £5262.00 (including water, rates and VAT) and is included in the sale (2020 pitch fee only).

The pitch fee is payable 25% in December and 75% end of February annually.

Services - The gas and electric is metered and charged to the customer for usage currently annually. The gas is Bulk Tank Gas
