Note: The above services include all existing and proposed drawings along with the submission to the council as well as dealing with the council until we get the planning decision. Our prices do not include any third party costs i.e. council application fees.

Fees for site survey: (Above services do not include the site visit fees due to the unknown location and types of the property). Full Site Survey with photographs Starts from £150 (Depending on distance and complexity of the project).
