2004 Compass Magnum Mendip Anniversary Edition

Here for sale is our beautiful caravan, it was manufactured in 2004 and had 1 owner from new who then sold it to Highbridge Caravan centre, we purchased it in 2012 and are only the second owners. It has had no pets or smokers in there so the inside is in very good condition. The outside has a few dinks but is only general wear and tear and the overall condition is very good with absolutely no moisture or water issue's. It will come with all the extra's needed to start touring straight away, water pump, water butt, waste hog and pipes etc and a 25M mains cable, it's even got its own kettle and toaster! All the parts are in full working order and can be demonstrated when viewed, oven, fridge, shower, taps, mains sockets and Sony radio with excellent speakers. It has a rear washroom with separate toilet and shower unit which is can be separated from the main living area with a lockable door. It has curtains throughout and also fly screens and blackout blinds, it also has a rooflight that will open fully or on tilt, the appliances can be operated from mains, batterey or gas canister which is also provided in the front.
